Are all of your products in stock?

Every product on our website is in stock (our web stock is separate from our shop stock) - if a product is not in stock it will not be on our website. We are only human and mistakes can happen, so if a product is not available we will let you know immediately and refund payment.

Do voucers codes expire?

We will offer voucher codes to be used against purchases from time to time (for end of line, introductory offers etc) - in most cases vouchers will last 30 calender days from the date an offer starts - this will also be explained in the promotion.

I can't find the answer to my question. What do I do?

Click on "Contact Us" or the "Ask a Question" button on the top of this page and let us know what your question is. We'll get back to you with an answer as soon as possible.

Is it possible to buy a gift for someone?

We can only ship to the registered address of the Payee (credit/debit card billing address only), but if paying via bank transfer you can ship to the address of your choice - please call or email us if you want to set this feature up on your account. If paying via Paypal you can easily set-up a different shipping address with Paypal before paying for your item, once the address is Paypal verified/confirmed we can ship to your alternative address.
A Gift wrapping service is also available.

Special Orders - ordering a specific item that's not on our website

I want to order a specific item that's not listed?  If you are looking for an item that our suppliers manufacture but its not on our website, we will be happy to order this for you.  A small deposit will be required to secure order.

What types of payment do you accept?

You have several ways to pay for your orders.

• You can also pay by bank transfer - which attracts a discount on what our bank charges us for Credit Card surcharges - the saving can be as much as 10%, email or phone for more information on getting set-up to pay via this method
